Our Portfolio

With a significant presence in the Bay Area, we own and operate over 900 rentable units and over 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Our properties include the historic 436 14th Street office building, The Hive mixed-use project in Uptown Oakland, and the Mason at The Hive multi-family residential property.
Our Leadership Team
At the helm of our company is Wayne Jordan, our President and CEO, who has years of experience in the real estate industry. Our team also includes Sam Jordan, our Vice President; Betsy Beros, our Chief Operating Officer; and Renee Geesler, our Vice President of Administration.
