Negative Experience
Both Kamal Moktan and Andrew Kahill experienced negative interactions with the dermatology clinic. Kamal was hung up on when trying to reschedule an appointment, while Andrew was turned away with his 6-year-old child who was experiencing a chemical reaction on his skin. Andrew expressed his disappointment and frustration with the clinic's behavior, stating that they are a "horrible company" and recommending Mercy Dermatology instead.
Inefficient Communication
Vicki Campos-Dimmer also reported a negative experience with the clinic. She felt that the "doctor" did not take sufficient time to explain the prescriptions and medications, and her daughter broke out in severe hives after taking one of the medications.
Lack of Welcome
Tonda Greene, a veteran, felt unwelcome at the clinic, citing her Southern accent as a possible reason. She mentioned that she did not feel treated with respect or friendliness.
Disrespectful Service
Kamal Moktan expressed his disappointment with the way he was treated by the scheduling department, stating that the staff member hung up on him without resolving the issue.
