Our team is equipped to handle projects of all sizes and complexities, from preliminary platting and final platting to boundary surveys and ALTA/NSPS surveys. We also provide construction staking, floodplain elevation certification, and ADA certifications, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive solutions to their development needs.

In the realm of civil engineering, we specialize in land development for residential, commercial, and industrial uses. Our services include road and pavement design, storm drainage design and permitting, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater management and water quality design, LOMA/LOMR applications, flood plain studies, land disturbance design and permitting, and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP). We also provide utility layout, sanitary sewer, gravity and pressure system design, and sanitary pump station design.

Our planning services include preliminary subdivision layout, planned district development plans, rezoning, annexation, multi-use land planning, commercial site layout, feasibility studies, redevelopment, in-fill development planning, variances, and design adjustments. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their project goals are met while adhering to local codes, ordinances, and design standards.

Meet Our Staff

A Civil Group, LLC was founded by Jay Gebhardt in October of 2000. Our team currently includes professional engineers, professional surveyors, degreed draftsman and designers, and two survey crews. Most of our employees are native to the Mid-Missouri area, providing a genuine care for the region and its people. Our staff is familiar with local codes, ordinances, and design standards and has a positive working relationship with local municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
