Our Bridge at Elan unit offers private therapy gym access six days weekly, featuring power trainers, parallel bars, and ultrasound equipment. Dialysis Services
On-site dialysis treatment provided in partnership with DaVita Kidney Care eliminates transportation needs for residents.
