With over 30 years of experience, our company has grown from a two-person shop to a company staffed with 57 employees and three facilities, with a combined square footage of 34,000 square feet.

Services

We provide a wide range of services to key industries, including oil & gas, automotive, industrial press & die, plastics, metal stamping die components, and power transmission. Our services include:

Our state-of-the-art quality department is equipped with a Mitutoyo BH506 CMM Machine, an 18 J & L Comparator, and a variety of bore gages, gage pins, gage blocks, micrometers, and other measuring/inspection items. We have a dedicated quality staff to ensure defect-free parts.

Oilfield Downhole Tools

Flannery Machine & Tool is dedicated to providing machining services to designers and manufacturers of Downhole Drilling Motors. Our machined parts are used for the Directional, Horizontal, and Vertical drilling markets throughout the Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, Mid Continent, Rocky Mountains, and Appalachian regions. We use state-of-the-art CNC machines, along with conventional machines, to manufacture new tooling as well as re-machine and repair existing oilfield tools.
