At Landtech Resources, Inc. (LRI), we are a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm based in Williamsburg, VA, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Founded in 1998 by Matt Connolly, our company has grown to become a successful multidisciplinary firm employing licensed professionals with decades of experience in their field. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Geotechnical services, designed to meet the specific needs of our public and private clients. In Land Surveying, we employ licensed professionals who are involved with every project, ensuring timelines are met and are within budget. Our field crews utilize state-of-the-art robotic total stations and GPS technology, increasing productivity and resulting in direct savings to clients.

In Civil Engineering, we provide prompt, responsive service to our clients, meeting the specific needs of our public and private clients. Site development can present challenges that require cost-effective solutions and innovative designs. Our team has been successful in meeting these types of challenges for our clients.

In Geotechnical services, we provide geotechnical services for residential and light commercial projects throughout the Richmond and Hampton Roads area. Field testing is performed under direct supervision of licensed professional engineers. Geotechnical reports are prepared to include soil classification, shrink swell results, and foundation design recommendations.
