About Our Team

Our team is led by Linda and Wayne Yaffe, who have been owners and operators of Chesapeake Property Management, Inc. since 1997. Linda, a former corporate attorney, and Wayne, a former homebuilder, have lived in Maryland their entire lives and are landlords themselves. They understand what landlords want and need when renting out their homes.
