Humboldt Motorsports is a local business based in Eureka, California, founded by Roger Kirkpatrick in 2008. With humble beginnings, the business started in a dingy outbuilding next to the Mill Yard and has since grown to become a trusted repair shop for motorsports equipment. We take pride in our work, offering quality repair services for motorcycles, ATVs, and Side x Sides.

Our Passion for Motorsport Repair

Our owner, Roger Kirkpatrick, has a long history of working with motorsports equipment. From a young age, he gained experience in automotive repair and became a motorcycle mechanic upon finishing high school. After the passing of both parents, Kirkpatrick moved to Arizona to attend the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, and later joined the Honda Plano Racing team as a race mechanic.

After working as a serviceman at Richard Miller Motorcycles for five years and earning certifications from Honda and Yamaha, Kirkpatrick helped establish Eureka Motorsports Center, where he served as general manager for three-and-a-half years. With multiple certifications for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki bikes, Kirkpatrick decided it was time to establish his own business.
