Dr. Why, a recipient of the Delaware Today's Excellence in Nursing award in 2018, 2020, and again in 2022, was chosen as the Top Doctor of Nursing in Psychiatry. He has over 25 years of experience in mental health, with a focus on behavioral disorders of childhood, developmental disorders, adult mental health, and serious mental illness. His extensive training at the University of Virginia and Duke University, along with his experience working in various psychiatric settings in Delaware, has equipped him with the knowledge and skills to provide expert psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for children, teens, and adults.
