Our Leadership
Jenny Palecek, President / CEO, leads Hard Target Systems and is responsible for the company's growth in the commercial security industry and government security services. She is passionate about philanthropic educational organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Manchaca United Methodist Church Child Development Center. In addition, she has been instrumental in expanding youth activities and currently developing an after-school program to expand the CDC services.
Bill Palecek, VP / Operations and Sales, is a security expert with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He cares for customers like family and offers the highest quality products and innovative technology solutions. With over a decade of experience in home construction and security installation fields, Bill established the company in 1997. Customers appreciate the dedication and personal service provided from their initial security review to installation and training.
