Several customers have had negative experiences at I'm Sergio's. Baker Jeremiah's boyfriend has had mostly negative experiences on three occasions. The stylist took a deep chunk out of his hair with clippers and didn't inform him. He also had a long wait on his last visit and left with hair clippings on his face, neck, and ears.
Additionally, Catherine Barnhart-DeBerardinis's son received a bad haircut from Mia. She rushed and didn't do a good job blending the fade, and the front and back were sticking up in some places.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, most customers have had excellent experiences at I'm Sergio's. Theresa Ebersole's son received an outstanding haircut from Sarah, who took the time to understand his style and checked in frequently throughout the cut.
