As a licensed clinical professional counselor and certified alcohol and drug counselor, I have over 25 years of experience in private practice and community mental health. My extensive training and experience have equipped me with a wide range of skills and techniques, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and existential theory and psychotherapy.

My Approach
My approach is centered on the unique needs and concerns of each client. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and existential theory and psychotherapy. I believe that counseling is an active process that requires the active participation of both the counselor and the client.
Education and Experience
I hold a master's degree in psychology and have extensive training and experience in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and existential theory and psychotherapy. I have experience working in private practice and community mental health settings, and have also taught as an adjunct faculty member at a professional psychology school.
Community Involvement
I am committed to staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field of psychology. I regularly attend conferences and workshops, and am an active member of professional organizations such as the American Psychological Association and the Illinois Mental Health Association.
