Our History

Founded by CEO Leo and Raquel Bell, California Aviation Services, Inc. has been family-owned and operated for over 25 years. Leo's passion for aviation began in high school, when he started flight training in a Cessna 150. He continued his education, earning a degree in aeronautics and becoming a certified flight instructor. Leo's extensive experience includes working as a chief pilot, chief flight instructor, and external load pilot. He has also worked in law enforcement, holding positions such as deputy sheriff and flight instructor.
