Our Story

Our journey began when Dan Galbrecht and his family moved to the area and bought a resort on Presque Isle Lake. Operating a plumbing and heating company, Dan's business expanded, and in 1977, he was joined full-time by his son Dan. Incorporating in 1979 as Dan's Inc., the business became an independent Lennox dealer in 1983. In 1998, we expanded into the fireplace specialty trade as Country Fireplace, and Dan's Inc. now does business as Danco Heating & Cooling and Country Fireplace.
