For general contracting, we provide lumpsum bid services on suitable projects, leveraging prequalified subcontractors and our own selfperformed workforce to ensure competitive pricing. When pursuing designbuild opportunities, we partner with independent design firms that contribute the specialized expertise required to meet project requirements.
