Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced professionals with expertise in real estate investing, asset management, finance, and accounting. Our executives have held senior positions at major banks, real estate investment banking divisions, and real estate advisory groups, and they bring valuable insights, networks, and experience to the table.

Scott O. Douglas, our Co-Founder and Managing Partner, has extensive experience in loan workouts, corporate and real estate lending, and research. He is also a board member of the Los Angeles South Bay Economic Development Partnership, Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation, and Salvation Army Torrance.

William R. Metzler, our Co-Founder and Managing Partner, has over 30 years of experience in real estate investing, asset management, and capital raising. He has led WCCP to over $3 billion in transaction volume since the company's inception and helps oversee WCCP's current portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of office and mixed-use space.

Michael R. Rosa, our Partner, has spent his career with WCCP and oversees our finance and accounting functions. He is responsible for managing the closing of acquisition and disposition activities and coordinating due diligence efforts.

Aditya Makhiija, our Associate, joined WCCP in 2019 and is responsible for the financial modeling of acquisitions and dispositions. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2020.

At WCCP, we currently have several active investments under construction, including the Bluecross Blueshield Campus in Phoenix, AZ, a 314,655 SF Office Campus acquired in September 2021, and Oneoncology Fort Collins, CO, a 64,000 SF Medical Office Building acquired in October 2021.
