Negative Reviews
One reviewer, Laurie Reilly, was unhappy with the results of an IPL treatment, stating that it did virtually nothing to remove sun spots on her face. She also felt ignored by the clinic, as no one called back to discuss her concerns.
Another reviewer, Lauren Elliott, felt rushed and unimportant during her skin cancer check-up. The doctor pointed out small skin blemishes and recommended products without taking the time to get to know her or understand her concerns.
Additionally, Lisa Sommers felt that the doctor was unprofessional and recommended cosmetic products without taking the time to truly understand her needs. She suggested that patients schedule appointments with aestheticians instead.
