Aviation Technical Services (ATS) was founded in 1970 with a commitment to excellence, excellence that has been rooted in our values of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, and value. For over 45 years, we have been serving 100+ airline and OEM customers globally. Our enduring commitment to excellence has earned us numerous awards and recognitions, including the Aviation Week 2016 MRO of the Year Award for our innovative development of a full-service program that delivered to our customers accelerated, simplified fleet integration of highly standardized aircraft with full regulatory compliance and technical uniformity.

Airframe Services: Our Class 4 facilities are experienced in providing comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services on virtually any aircraft.

Component Repair: With over 45 years of experience in complete aircraft overhaul, ATS offers one of the most comprehensive component repair shops in the industry.

Engineering Solutions: We partner with OEMs and customers to develop new PMA, STC and repair solutions, and provide MRO services to address high cost, long lead time and high failure parts.

Ranger Asset Management: We have stocked and traded parts for virtually every commercial airframe and engine platform in the world.

Our Facilities

ATS has over 1.2 million square feet of aviation maintenance facilities located in key strategic locations across North America. Our facilities include state-of-the-art workshops, hangars, and offices that are uniquely designed to support a wide range of maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities. Our locations include:

• Everett, Washington: Our headquarters facility is situated near Paine Field in Everett, Washington.
• Kansas City, Missouri: Our Kansas City facility is strategically located in the heart of the United States, providing easy access to customers in the central and eastern regions.
• Moses Lake, Washington: Our Moses Lake facility is located in central Washington, providing quick access to customers in the western United States.
• Fort Worth, Texas: Our Fort Worth facility is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, providing easy access to customers in the southern and southwestern regions.
• DFW/PAE: Our ATS Components locations in Dallas/Fort Worth and Everett (PAE) offer a range of component repair services.
