In addition to acupuncture, we also provide herbal medicine, Asian bodywork, nutritional counseling, pregnancy support, cupping therapy, and Gua Sha. Our expert acupuncturist, Harry F. Lardner, L.Ac, has over 15 years of experience, including 9 years spent in China as an apprentice in a hospital setting, interning with some of the best acupuncturists in the world.

About Our Acupuncturist

Harry F. Lardner, L.Ac, began his formal study of Chinese medicine in the 1990s in Bethesda, MD. His experience in Asian healing and self-cultivation began decades before that as a teenage student of Chinese Gung-fu, Yoga, and meditation, followed by a concentration in Asian Studies at college. After becoming nationally board-certified, he undertook a post-graduate course of study at Tai Hsuan Foundation in Hawaii, where he studied Chinese Herbal Medicine and other Taoist mind-body healing disciplines. His extensive experience and education have equipped him with the expertise to provide exceptional care to his patients.

What to Expect

On your first visit, you will be asked detailed questions about your health, history, and lifestyle to better understand your underlying constitution and provide a treatment specific to you. You will also undergo a diagnosis, which includes an examination of the tongue and reading of the pulse. After a diagnosis is made, most treatments will include acupuncture for your specific condition. Our treatments are designed to be safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.
