Functional Medicine

Our functional medicine approach focuses on identifying the root causes of chronic diseases and developing personalized plans for prevention and treatment. We offer metabolic reset programs, functional medicine consultation with labs, and second opinion consults.

Concierge Services

Our concierge plan offers premium services, including unlimited virtual acate care visits, direct communication with our doctor, and referee services. Our concierge plan is designed for patients who require premium care and attention.

Membership Plans

• Prime Membership: $125 per month, includes yearly physical exam, labs, and unlimited virtual visits
• Telemedicine Plan: $75 per month, includes urgent care services and unlimited virtual visits
• Concierge Plan: $150 per month, includes premium services and direct communication with our doctor
