Founded in 2004 by Wes Piatt, our goal is to create a positive client experience through exceptional communication, attention to detail, and a passion for building lifelong relationships with our homeowners.

Meet Our Team

Wes Piatt, our founder and owner, is a native of Charlotte with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With a passion for design, inventive construction, and building relationships, Wes is dedicated to creating homes that families will treasure for years to come. He is a licensed General Contractor in both North and South Carolina and has received multiple awards for his excellence in building from the Remodelers Council in Charlotte.

Chris Beaubien, a licensed builder, joined our team in 2021. With a passion for construction sparked early in his life, Chris has been involved in the industry since high school and has owned and operated his own successful remodel business. Chris believes in making the experience of creating a new home enjoyable and rewarding for the homeowner.

Chris Roberts, a combat veteran and firefighter, joined our team in 2021. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Biblical Studies, Chris brings a unique set of skills to our team. His experience in the military and as a professional firefighter has given him the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage projects efficiently.
