At McBade Engineers and Consultants, LLC, we take pride in being a small, woman-owned civil engineering planning, design, and consulting firm based in Youngsville, Louisiana. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing top-notch civil engineering modeling, planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services to local municipalities, as well as state and federal agencies.

Our Services

These services include planning, modeling, design, staff augmentation, senior technical advisor/reviewer, permitting, and NEPA compliance. Our team of experts has extensive experience in water, wastewater, water resources, transportation, site, and civil works projects. We are committed to providing our clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.

Meet the Staff

Our team consists of five full-time staff, all from and domiciled in Louisiana. Our engineers are Civil Engineering graduates of Louisiana Universities and have extensive experience in civil and coastal design, as well as program management. We have over 100 years of collective experience in water, sewer, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, plans and specification preparation, construction administration, construction management, inspection, and resident engineer services.

Our Expertise

Our team has experience working on large and small civil infrastructure projects, including projects for local municipalities, Louisiana State Agencies, and various federal agencies. We offer large firm experienced resources with a small Louisiana firm agile ability to deliver. Our expertise includes project management, planning, modeling, design, permitting, and construction administration of coastal restoration, water resources, and large civil works projects for local, state, and federal clients throughout the Gulf Coast.
