Mike has been involved in the construction field for over 40 years, working his way up from an installer to a field superintendent. With his years of experience in the industry, he has developed a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with masonry work. Mike is passionate about keeping up-to-date with the latest environmental and safety regulations, as well as giving back to the community through his charitable endeavors with Home Aid Orange County.

Nick Cassara - V.P. of Operations

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from California State University Long Beach. He joined the family business soon after graduation and has since become an integral team member, learning the family secrets and necessary skills to bid successfully in this tight construction market. Nick's enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to see future trends make him the ideal person to lead the next generation of the family business.

Sharon Cassara - Chief Financial Officer

Sharon began her career in the masonry industry working for Tailored Masonry of California over 20 years ago. She now maintains all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources for Mike Cassara Masonry. Sharon's goal is to see the world from a cruise ship, one week-long cruise at a time.
