Our founder, Kim Lovejoy, is a licensed clinical social worker, somatic experiencing practitioner, and breathwork facilitator who is passionate about curating safe, compassionate, and playful spaces for self-exploration, healing, expansion, and belonging.

Kim is dedicated to continuing her education and training in the latest body-based healing modalities, and is passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of somatic experiencing and breathwork.
