Services We Offer

At Brown's Driving School, we specialize in bringing students to proficiency across the spectrum of driving needs. Our services include:

Driver Education

Our state-certified Driver's Education program has been in operation since 1996, and offers flexible drive times with professional instructors. We have over 25 cars available for scheduling, weekend and evening availability, and over 30 instructors. We are dedicated to providing up-to-date driving instruction and safety on the road.

Motorcycle Training

We offer the Basic Rider Course (BRC), where all motorcycles are provided by Brown's Driving School. Our course covers basic motorcycle operation, safety, and traffic rules. Our goal is to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly.

Defensive Driving

Our 6-hour Defensive Driving in-classroom lecture course fee is $50 as mandated by the State. Our course focuses on how to improve driving skills, with a particular emphasis on defensive driving techniques. Our course is state certified and removes 2 points off of the student's driving record.

Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course (MVAPC)

Our MVAPC is designed to reduce the likelihood of accidents by training driver awareness. Some insurance companies offer discounts for taking a Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course, and ours is designed to meet those requirements.

State Driving Test

We can test anyone who has a permit in a Brown's State Certified car at any location. Our instructors are professional and knowledgeable, and we strive to make the driving test experience as stress-free as possible.

Private Lessons

Private lessons consist of one and one-half hours in the car with a certified instructor. This course is for students who have an Oklahoma permit or a driver's license and did not take our driver education course. Our instructors are patient and great teachers, and we strive to provide a positive learning experience.

Assessment Drives

Driver Assessment consists of 1 hour in the car with a certified instructor. During the drive, the instructor will evaluate the driving physical and mental capabilities of the customer. After the drive, a letter will be sent to the healthcare professional and/or the customer reporting our evaluation of the drive.
