Services
Asbestos Testing
Alpha Environmental provides certified asbestos testing for residential and commercial properties. Our AHERA-certified technicians collect samples using polarized light analysis to identify asbestos fibers in building materials. Services include selective sampling, full-site surveys, and limited surveys for pre-demolition compliance. Results are delivered within 1-5 business days, with rush options available.
Mold Removal
Our mold remediation services address contamination in homes and businesses. Certified inspectors perform moisture surveys, visual inspections, and lab testing to identify mold types. We develop customized remediation plans, including HEPA vacuuming and air clearance sampling, to ensure safe removal and prevent recurrence. Post-remediation testing confirms successful resolution.
Radon Testing
Alpha Environmental offers short-term, long-term, and continuous radon monitoring to measure indoor radon levels. Using EPA-standard equipment, we assess risk in the lowest livable areas of properties. Results inform mitigation strategies, including sub-slab depressurization systems, to reduce radon concentrations below EPA-recommended thresholds of 4.0 pCi/L.
Sewer Inspection
Our sewer camera inspections diagnose line issues using flexible video technology. Inspections identify cracks, root intrusions, collapsed pipes, and clogs. Clients receive a full-color video report, condition assessment, and repair recommendations. Services include hydro-jetting for non-invasive blockage removal in Portland-area properties.
Lead Testing
We provide lead testing for water, soil, and construction debris. Certified technicians collect samples and analyze them in accredited labs to detect lead contamination. Services support compliance with environmental regulations and ensure safe disposal of hazardous materials at approved facilities.
