West Hills Greenhouses was founded in 1929 by brothers Richard, Florian, and Oscar Feist on their family farm in Delhi, Ohio. Initially focused on cut-flower production, the greenhouse grew chrysanthemums, asters, sweet peas, carnations, and snapdragons. After Oscar's retirement in 1962 and Richard's departure in 1966, Roger Feist acquired shares and became a partner with his father Florian. Following Florian's retirement in 1970, Roger purchased the remaining interest and now runs the business alongside his wife Linda. Today, West Hills Greenhouses operates year-round on an acre of greenhouses plus outdoor growing areas. We specialize in locally grown annuals, perennials, tropicals, succulents, grasses, bamboo, and specialty component plants.Our offerings serve retail customers, wholesalers, landscapers, garden centers, private estates, parks, golf courses, and municipalities. We provide custom growing services to meet specific commercial landscaping or estate requirements. Retail hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM-4 PM, Saturday 10 AM-2 PM, and we are closed on Sundays, with winter hours adjusted November-March. Wholesale hours run Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, Saturday 10 AM-2 PM, year-round. Customers can visit our greenhouse, arrange pickup, or request delivery within the Cincinnati Tri-state area plus a 25-mile radius.
