Services
Roof Replacement
Our comprehensive roof replacement service ensures complete protection against Michigan weather. We begin with a thorough assessment of existing conditions, then guide clients through material selection from premium brands like CertainTeed and F-Wave. Our certified crews handle complete tear-offs, address underlying structural issues, and install advanced roofing systems with precision. Every project includes a lifetime workmanship warranty and manufacturer-backed material guarantees, providing long-term peace of mind for homeowners.
Roof Repair
We specialize in emergency and scheduled roof repairs to prevent minor issues from becoming major problems. Our technicians identify and resolve leaks, damaged shingles, and flashing issues using industry-approved techniques. The service includes detailed inspections, moisture mapping, and transparent repair recommendations. With 24/7 emergency availability and same-day service options, we protect properties from further water damage while maintaining roof system integrity.
Insulation Install
Our insulation services improve home energy efficiency and prevent ice dam formation through proper attic ventilation. We install Owens Corning Pink Blown-In Insulation and ProVent Rafter Vents to maintain consistent indoor temperatures. The process includes thermal imaging assessments, air-sealing, and proper R-value calculations for Michigan's climate. Proper insulation extends roof lifespan by reducing temperature extremes and moisture buildup in attic spaces.
Gutter Replacement
We provide complete gutter system replacements with optional Leaf Relief guards to prevent clogs. Our installations ensure proper water diversion from foundations and landscaping. The service includes downspout repositioning, seamless aluminum gutter fabrication, and pitch adjustments for optimal drainage. We use durable materials that withstand Michigan's freeze-thaw cycles while maintaining aesthetic appeal through color-matching options.
