Leadership Team

Our team is led by Martin A. List, President, who has over 40 years of experience in Palm Beach County real estate. Martin brings a unique expertise to all of our clients, with hands-on approach to every situation. He holds State of Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager.

Our team also includes Michele M. Drake, Comptroller, who has over twenty years of financial experience in commercial development and asset management. She is responsible for monthly preparation of financial information for investor clients, financial institutions, and court cases.
