Unit Availability and Online Payments

We offer a variety of available unit sizes to suit your needs, ranging from 6X8's to 10X20's. All of our units have swing doors and numerous security features on the premises, including security cameras throughout the property. We also have a wide selection of flea market spaces available up front and plenty of boat and RV parking. To ensure availability for all of your storage needs, we encourage you to make a reservation through our website.

We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we offer quick and easy online payment options for our customers. We accept online payments in the form of Visa, Master Card, and Discover, as well as automatic withdrawal from your debit/credit card. You can also make payments through the mail or in the office using cash, check, or money order.

Rent and Payment Policies

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and can be paid by website, mail, or in person. You must notify our office manager of any changes to your account, including changes to your phone number, address, or email. You have a 7-day grace period, and a $15 late fee will be applied towards your account on the 8th if the account is still delinquent. We do not assume liability for the items you store, so insuring your contents is your responsibility. We pro-rate on move-in, but not on move-out. You must vacate the unit within the dates of the last month it is paid in full when moving out. To receive a deposit refund, your unit must be clean and swept, occupied for at least two full months, and you must provide a 10-day move-out notice as well as return our lock/key.

We ask that you do not allow anyone through the gate who does not have their own code and do not share your access code. The use of alcohol and illegal substances is prohibited at the storage facility, and firearms are also prohibited on the property. Tenants may not store any living creature or organism, or any dead animal or other carcass, gasoline, oil, fuel, grease, or any flammable chemicals, explosives, fireworks, or ammunition, corrosives, toxic, or hazardous materials or waste, asbestos or asbestos-containing construction materials, lawn debris, construction debris, tires, oil, or batteries, whether new or used, items having a noxious smell, or stolen items.
