Our History

Our founder and CEO, Schuyler "Lucky" Cole, moved to the North Shore in 1968 and raised his family in Waialua and Sunset Beach. After retiring from IBM in 1991, Lucky founded Team Real Estate in 1993 with a mission to create a different way of practicing residential real estate, focusing on teamwork. Today, Team Real Estate is a leading real estate agency in Oahu, with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
