Our agency was founded by Kathleen Lau, a dedicated real estate broker who started her career as an agent in 2009. With perseverance and a strong commitment to her clients, Kathleen became a broker and opened her own office, which has since grown to include a team of 12 experienced real estate agents. Our team is led by a management team that includes Victor Zhen, our Construction Manager, and Huguens Pierre-Charles, our Administrative Manager, along with agents Kenny Lam, Ricky Zou, Simon Lam, Stella Choi, Tom Lan, and Wenguang Zou.
