HEICO-LOCK Wedge Locking Systems
Our wedge locking washers provide permanent anti-vibration security for bolted joints. The unique cam/slope design creates tension-based locking that prevents loosening in high-vibration environments. Available in multiple alloys and sizes from M3 to M130, these washers maintain clamp load integrity in critical applications across industrial sectors.
HEICO-TEC Tensioning Systems
Our tensioning systems offer precise, reliable assembly for large bolted joints. Hydraulic tensioning technology ensures even load distribution and prevents uneven stress in critical connections. Designed for ease of use in demanding applications requiring consistent clamp load performance across flange joints and large diameter bolts.
Industrial Fastening Products
We manufacture precision-engineered fasteners for critical industrial applications. Our cold-formed components meet exacting standards for dimensional accuracy and material integrity. Products include specialized washers, bolts, and nuts designed to maintain joint security in extreme operating conditions across multiple industrial sectors.
Custom Fastening Solutions

Questions
Are HEICO-LOCK washers reusable?
HEICO-LOCK washers can be reused up to 20 times with 10.9 grade bolts. Stainless steel washers should be replaced after single use. Proper orientation must be maintained during reuse.
Do the washers damage equipment surfaces?
Our washers feature unidirectional serrations that create smooth imprints without scoring mating surfaces, minimizing stress risers and equipment damage.
How to verify proper installation without torque devices?
Check for serration imprints on mating surfaces after disassembly. This visual confirmation ensures minimum torque application when measurement tools aren't available.
What quality certifications do you hold?
We maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications. Our production follows DIN 25201-4 standards with statistical process control for zero-defect manufacturing.
Which industries do you serve?
We serve power generation, aerospace, military, automotive, chemical, mining, and medical equipment sectors requiring reliable bolted joint security solutions.
