Our Story

Gillett Commercial was founded by Bucky Gillett, a seasoned industrial broker with a vision to provide exceptional service to clients. With over 50 years of combined experience in development, brokerage, and management of industrial and office properties, our team has the resourcefulness and flexibility to create tailored solutions for our clients. In 2009, Kirstin Emershaw joined the company, bringing her vast experience and knowledge of the entitlement and development business. Together, they have expanded the company's reach, creating partnerships for the acquisition and rehabilitation of industrial properties and expanding to the DFW metroplex in 2016.
