Pet Policy

We love our furry friends! At Spanish Villas, we understand the importance of companionship and are happy to welcome your dog or cat. We do have a small pet policy in place, including breed restrictions, a $500 pet deposit, a $35 monthly pet rent, and a 30-pound weight limit per pet. A brief pet interview is required to ensure a harmonious environment for all residents.

Floor Plans

We offer two thoughtfully designed floor plans, each providing ample living space and modern amenities.

Our spacious one-bedroom apartment boasts 650 square feet of living space, featuring a generous bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our two-bedroom apartment offers a more expansive living experience, with 900 square feet of thoughtfully designed space. The two bedrooms provide ample privacy, accompanied by two bathrooms and a kitchen perfect for culinary endeavors.
