Services
Stone Pointing
We restore deteriorating stone joints by removing damaged mortar and replacing it with durable materials. Our precise technique prevents water infiltration in foundation walls and maintains structural integrity. Philadelphia's historic homes benefit from this service to extend their lifespan while preserving original aesthetics.
Flagstone Patios
Custom patios are crafted using thermal or natural cleft flagstone arranged in a random English pattern. We ensure proper drainage with 1-2% slope away from structures. Each patio combines functionality with unique visual appeal for outdoor living spaces in Philadelphia's climate.
Chimney Restoration
Our team re-points stone or brick chimneys, installs caps, and applies waterproof sealant to prevent deterioration. Scaffolding setup ensures safe access to upper sections. Regular maintenance extends chimney lifespan and prevents costly structural damage for homeowners.
Concrete Steps
We form and pour concrete steps with standard 7-inch risers and 12-inch treads for safety and comfort. Repair services address cracked or uneven existing steps. Options include flagstone risers for enhanced visual appeal while maintaining structural requirements.
Stucco Repair
Damaged stucco surfaces are restored to prevent moisture intrusion into walls. Our technicians address both cosmetic and structural issues during home inspections and renovations. Repairs maintain property value and protect buildings from Philadelphia's weather conditions.
