Our Team

Our team comprises experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Each member of our team has a strong background in the construction industry and is committed to upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

• Joshua Moore, Founder/PM/Estimator: Joshua started his career in the construction industry as a laborer and worked his way up to job site foreman, then project manager. He is known for his commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

• Scott Ledoux, Founder/PM/Estimator: Scott started his career in the construction industry through his family's construction company. He has developed his skills and demonstrated a superior knowledge of the metal framing/GWB installation sector.

• Jhonny Escobar, Sr. Project Manager: Jhonny has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He started as a plasterer and then continued to learn more until eventually becoming a foreman. He joined the Matrix team in 2020 and has strived to continue his hard work to surpass Matrix's high-quality standard.

• Gary Partridge, Road Supervisor/Safety Officer: Gary has over 37 years of experience in the construction industry. He started in residential, moved to landscape, then commercial. He works with the laborers and carpenters in the field to help them in any way necessary.

• Andrew Sheehan, Estimator: Andrew graduated from UMass Lowell's MBA program in 2013 and has been working in various commercial construction management roles ever since. He joined the Matrix team in 2020, excited for the opportunity to apply his abilities to further the success of an already-winning company.
