Delta Counseling Associates

Delta Counseling Associates, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit corporation that has been committed to providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare services to the residents of Southeast Arkansas for over four decades. Our organization was established in the spring of 1970, when a group of community leaders from Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Desha, and Drew Counties recognized the need for local mental health services in their communities. With the support of the Arkansas State Hospital, a part-time clinic was opened in Monticello, and outpatient clinics were soon established in Ashley and Chicot counties.

Today, Delta Counseling Associates, Inc. operates five facilities, each staffed with a team of professionals dedicated to the delivery of high-quality behavioral healthcare. Our staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed counselors, CIS specialists, RNs, and LPNS. We take pride in offering a caring and supportive environment where individuals can seek help for mental illnesses and learn to cope with the stress of everyday life.

• *Emergency Mental Health Inpatient Referral*: When a client faces a mental health crisis, Delta Counseling Associates, Inc. offers emergency referral services to facilitate prompt and appropriate care.

• *Outpatient Mental Health Services*: Our outpatient mental health program provides individual and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with various mental health concerns.

• *Outpatient Substance Use Disorder and Medication-Assisted Treatment (SUD and MAT) Services*: For those struggling with substance use disorders, we offer outpatient treatment and medication-assisted treatments designed to promote recovery and long-term sobriety.

• *Proactive Community Intervention*: We engage in proactive community interventions, addressing mental health issues at the grassroots level and providing support for those who may not have access to traditional mental health services.
