Our dog lodging services are designed to provide your furry friend with a comfortable and safe environment. Our kennels are spacious and clean, and we offer family rates for pets that can stay in the same kennel. For pets that require separate kennels, we also offer competitive rates.

For our feline friends, we offer cozy kitty condos that provide them with a quiet and peaceful space to rest. Our kitty condos are equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure your cat feels at home.

In addition to our boarding services, we also offer bathing services for pets of all sizes. We believe that a clean pet is a happy pet, and we use only the best shampoos and conditioners to keep your pet looking and feeling their best.

We also provide transportation services to and from our facility, making it easy and convenient for you to drop off and pick up your pet. Our pet shuttle service covers areas from the top of North Road to HHPH and back, with additional charges for locations past North Kulani Road.

History of Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel

Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel was founded by Susan, an animal lover and advocate, in the 1990s. Susan built and operated the kennels on her property, providing love and care to the pets that stayed with her. Since purchasing the property in 2017, we have continued to provide the same level of love and care to our guests, and have expanded our facilities to include four different sized run areas. This allows our pets to have more time out of their kennels and more room to run around.

We pride ourselves on quality care and will forever remain a small facility to ensure individual attention and the feeling of Ohana. We believe that every pet deserves to be treated like a member of the family, and we are committed to providing the best possible care for your pets while you are away.
