As one of the largest, independent asphalt terminaling, storage, and distribution companies in the United States, Associated Asphalt has been paving the way forward for over 70 years. With our headquarters in Roanoke, Virginia, we serve customers throughout the Eastern United States, providing high-quality asphalt products and exceptional service.

Our Services

Associated Asphalt is dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible products and services to meet their road construction, preservation, and maintenance needs. Our manufacturing and logistics capabilities ensure that we can supply high-quality products on demand, putting our customers on the fastest route to smoother, safer, and more sustainable roads.

We offer a range of asphalt products, including paving grade asphalt, emulsions, and polymer modified asphalt. Our network of 30 terminals along the East Coast is capable of providing a ready supply of a variety of penetration and viscosity grades of asphalt. Our customers can pick up supply on-site by commercial vehicles or, in some locations, by our fleet of trucks.

In addition to our products, we also offer logistical services at six of our terminal locations, ensuring that our customers receive their products on-demand and on-time. Our rail infrastructure helps ensure timely and cost-effective transport of our products and supplies, with each of our 17 land-based liquid asphalt terminals directly accessible via rail lines operated by Norfolk Southern or CSX.
