Our spacious four-bedroom apartments boast modern features, private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and stainless-steel appliances. We provide a vibrant and luxurious community that is designed to elevate the student living experience.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to make life easy for our residents. Our community is pet-friendly, and we offer a convenient online portal for rent payments, maintenance requests, and other services. We also provide regular social events and activities to help our residents connect with one another and build a sense of community.

Complaints and Issues
East Main Quarters (EMQ) has received numerous complaints from residents about various issues, including poor management, unaddressed maintenance requests, and subpar living conditions. Several residents have reported issues with mold, moisture, and poor air quality in their units. There have been delayed responses or no responses at all to maintenance requests, causing frustration and exhaustion. Some residents have even considered contacting code enforcement.
Positive Feedback
On the other hand, some residents have had positive experiences at EMQ. Some appreciate the friendly atmosphere, quiet neighborhood, and convenience to Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Some have praised the helpful staff, maintenance team, and amenities, such as the gym.
