• Foundation: We conduct a pre-placement inspection to ensure that the foundation makeup is per plan and meets existing applicable code.
• Plumbing (grounds): We inspect plumbing grounds for proper installation and pressure test them to minimize the chance of underground leaks.
• Foundation placement: We monitor the placement of all concrete materials to ensure that the foundation design and makeup are up to standard.
• Frame: We inspect all framing according to both code compliance and plan compliance guidelines.
• Plumbing (rough in): We inspect all piping within the frame for code compliance before installing insulation and sheetrock.
• Electrical (rough in): We inspect all electrical components for code compliance and proper installation.
• HVAC: We inspect HVAC systems for code compliance and proper installation, as well as checking for leaks in all ducts within the system.
• Blocking / Insulation: We inspect all infiltration points into the conditioned space for properly sealed blocking, as well as checking the installation of insulation for code compliance.
• Final Code: We conduct a final inspection to ensure code compliance, workmanship, and proper drainage at the foundation perimeter.
• Energy Code: We conduct final energy tests to prove the efficiency of the home, including duct blaster and blower door testing to initiate energy certifications.
