Home Health Care

At PENN Home Health, we send nurses, therapists, and medical equipment & supplies to the homes of our patients throughout eleven counties of Pennsylvania. Our skilled medical care is designed to ensure your care plan proceeds as planned, focusing on recovery and safety during times of illness, injury, or post-surgical care.

Hospice Care

PENN Hospice offers a supportive and compassionate environment for patients experiencing a disease in an advanced state. Our team of nurses, aides, therapists, and other caregivers provide palliative care, support for family caregivers, and other important services to ensure comfort and peace of mind.

Home Medical Supply

PENN Home Medical Supply provides a wide range of medical equipment and supplies for individual patients living at home. This includes home oxygen, mobility equipment, home modification equipment, and more. Our goal is to make living at home as comfortable and safe as possible.

Service Area

We serve eleven counties in Western Pennsylvania, including Armstrong County, Cambria County, Clarion County, Clearfield County, Bedford County, Blair County, Huntingdon County, Indiana County, Jefferson County, Somerset County, and Westmoreland County. Not all services are available in all counties.
