Cancellation Policies
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule appointments whenever possible. However, to maintain the high level of service and attention to detail that you expect from us, we do have certain policies in place:
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve appointments, which is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
- For cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
