Naperville Taxi Dispatch has a rich history of providing reliable and affordable transportation services to the people of Naperville and surrounding areas. Our journey began in 1999, when our founder, Sean, found himself in a difficult financial situation, needing to pay his college tuition arrears. He got behind the wheel of a suburban taxi vehicle and started driving in the Naperville area. As his customer base grew, he continued driving on weekends, and eventually, after graduation, he continued driving for a big suburban taxi company. However, he soon realized that the company lacked professionalism, was unreliable, and exhibited nepotism. Frustrated, Sean decided to start his own taxi service, determined to provide a better service to the community.
