Our History

Our story began in 1914 when George M. Foulds broke away from Lozier, Zabriskie & VanKuren to form his own engineering firm in Bergen County, New Jersey. Since then, we have grown and expanded our services to become a leading provider of civil engineering and land surveying solutions. Today, we employ a team of experienced professionals and utilize state-of-the-art equipment and software to deliver top-notch services to our clients.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of civil engineering and land surveying services, including site plans, site design and layout, feasibility analysis, land development, drainage system design, septic system design, soil movement plans, soil and percolation tests, zoning review, construction details, elevation certificates, property surveys, staked surveys, topographical surveys, flood elevation surveys and certificates, final as-built surveys, and subdivisions survey certificates. We are licensed to perform land surveying in New Jersey and New York State, and we have an extensive land records library containing over 200,000 files with documents from our own records and those acquired from 12 prominent land surveying firms in Northern New Jersey.
