Our History

Harbor Greenscapes was founded in 2001 by Joseph Bowman, with a dream of creating a full-service design and landscape construction company. From its humble beginnings as a maintenance company called J&L Landscape, we have grown and evolved over the years. Today, we own our trucks, trailers, and equipment, including a mini excavator, tracked skid steer (bob cat), small dump truck, and two support vehicles.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our president, Joseph Bowman, is a skilled landscape designer and general manager with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Our vice president, Lori Bowman, is responsible for bookkeeping and human resources. Our lead landscaper, John Cote, has over a decade of experience in the industry, and our landscape technician, Brannon Miller, is a hard-working and dedicated professional.
