Pam has spent her entire professional career in Morristown, where she has devoted her time to building strong relationships with her clients. She is a graduate of Gill School in Bernardsville, Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA in Marketing and Accounting from George Washington University and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Pam is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJSCPA).

Meet Karin Lloyd

Karin Lloyd, Pam's right-hand woman, has been the office manager for the past six years. Karin is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for tax return filing and follow-up. She attended Rowan University and is a problem-solver with extensive experience in tax returns and accounting.

The Mondelli Building

The historic building at 44 Elm Street, which houses Pam's office, is a unique and elegant structure built in the Queen Anne Style in 1892. The two-and-a-half-story dwelling features Tuscan columns on a brick railing and chequered openings on the front porch that wrap around a round corner tower on the front of the building. Additionally, the building has been home to seven other businesses, making it a hub for professional services in Morristown.

Our History

Pam's local roots run deep, and her family has been an integral part of the Morristown community for generations. Her father, Michael V. Mondelli, began his CPA career as an IRS agent in the early 1950s and started his own practice in a single room on Morris Street in Morristown. Pam learned the importance of building strong relationships with her clients from her father, who passed away in 2001.
