No Escape

No Escape opened its doors in late January 2019 with the aim of delivering a unique escape room experience that combines a compelling storyline with a range of puzzles to challenge even the most seasoned escapers. Initially created as a fun project in the spare room of a house, No Escape has since grown into a fully-fledged business that offers an exciting and immersive experience for all.

Our first escape room, Checkmate, is a spooky and engaging experience that challenges players to uncover the truth behind the ghost of Dr. Williams. With equipment installed to bring the room slightly out of phase with reality, participants have just 90 minutes to connect with the spirit and discover why it still lingers.

At No Escape, we pride ourselves on offering a unique and challenging experience that is different from any other escape room. Based on feedback from our players, we are constantly refining and improving our rooms to ensure that they remain engaging and exciting. We are currently working on developing a second escape room that will offer a different challenge and even more puzzles to solve.

The Maker Behind No Escape

No Escape was created by Tim Pierpont, a Ph. D. Cancer Biologist and passionate escape room enthusiast. After experiencing his first escape room in 2018 and being impressed but slightly disappointed by the lack of creativity in the puzzles, Tim decided to create his own room that would offer a unique and challenging experience.

Using simple electronics, Tim set out to create an escape room where any solution felt possible. The final room's electronics are a little more complex than initially intended, but based on feedback from those who have tried it, Tim created something challenging and fun to experience. With a background in science and a love of art, yoga, and escape rooms, Tim has brought his unique skills and passions to create an experience that is unlike any other.

Our Escape Room Experience

At No Escape, we offer a challenging and engaging escape room experience that is perfect for players of all ages and skill levels. Our Checkmate room is located within a home and can accommodate up to 6 players. With 90 minutes to escape, participants must work together to solve puzzles and uncover the truth behind Dr. Williams' ghost.

We offer a variety of pricing options, including discounts for teams of 6 and for additional players added after booking. Our bookings are now private, and no strangers can join your group. We limit teams to 6 members, and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
