Our Programs

At Progressive Truck Driving School, Inc., we offer training for CDL truck drivers. Our courses are a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, ensuring that our students receive a well-rounded education. We utilize a variety of late model conventional and cab-over tractors, day cabs and sleepers, with single and double axles and various transmissions, as well as different brands of vehicles. This ensures that our students get an all-around training experience and are prepared to handle any type of vehicle they may encounter in their careers. We provide training on Class A vehicles, and our on-the-road training occurs on public streets and highways, giving our students real-life experience.

Our Equipment

We are proud to offer our students the best equipment and training available. We believe that having access to the latest technology and equipment is essential for a successful training experience. We provide one truck per two students whenever possible, ensuring that each student receives the individual attention they need to succeed. Our training terminal is located in a real trucking terminal as well as on our parking lot, which is among the biggest of such lots in the Chicago-land area. This provides our students with the opportunity to learn in a real-world setting and to become familiar with the daily operations of a trucking terminal.
